Our JH football and volleyball teams host West Franklin on Thursday. Volleyball is scheduled to start at 4:30 and football is scheduled to start at 6:30.

Our HS volleyball team travels to Cair Paravel on Tuesday. Due to the court situation, the schedule will be varsity, JV and varsity on one court. There will be no C team games. Games are scheduled to start at 5:00.
As ApplyKS approaches (10/8/2024), MV will highlight a teacher/faculty member a day with their words of wisdom in regards to this annual event:

Seniors/Parents: If you want to save some $$$ in application fees, Mission Valley will be hosting ApplyKS day on October 8, 2024 from 1pm-3:30pm. The students can create their FSAID, learn more about the FAFSA, and start applying for colleges, universities, employers, and/or the military. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE THAT THE PARENTS ATTEND THIS EVENT. This date coincides with the Kansas Apply Free Days from October 7th-9th, 2024. Kansas State University and the University of Kansas Financial Aid Office representatives will be on-site to answer any questions the students/parents may have about the upcoming FAFSA. KU will be providing a presentation to all about this process. The following college admission rep's will be on-site, as well, to help answer any application or general questions: Allen Community College, Kansas State University, University of Kansas, and Emporia State University. The U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, KS Air National Guard, U.S. Army, and KS Army National Guard have been invited as well. ~~ Mr. Hancock

A team won both 25-23 and 25-19, then 25-23 and 25-18.
B team lost 25-16, 23-25, 8-15.
C team won 25-11 and 25-9.
