We have a lot of summer activities starting this week out at school. HS girls basketball camp - Monday-Thursday 7:30-9:00 am HS boys basketball camp - Tuesday-Thursday 8-9:30 am JH boys basketball camp - Tuesday-Thursday 9-10:30 am Youth basketball camp - Tuesday-Thursday 2nd/3rd grade 9:30-10:30 am and 4th-6th grade 10:45-11:45 am HS volleyball workouts - Wednesday and Thursday 6:45-7:30 am Weights for 6-12 grade boys and girls will be starting Monday June 9th. BREAKING NEWS: TWO STATE FFA CHAMPIONS!!!! 🏆Conner Hoelting was named the State Proficiency Winner for Swine Production Placement! Conner works at Gleason Livestock for his SAE. His application will move on to the National level where he will represent Kansas. We are very proud of his hard work and dedication! Congratulations Conner!! 🏆Ava Gustin was named the State Proficiency Winner for Service Learning! Ava has used her SAE to provide plants to teachers classrooms and landscaping at Mission Valley. RESULTS are in: Parliamentary Procedure--2nd in the State!!! Conduct of Chapter Meetings--3rd in the state!!! Congratulations to these FFA members. Both teams beat out multiple teams at district to qualify and then the top teams at state to make finals. They have spent many hours practicing meetings, studying tests, questions and performances. We are so proud of them.
