Rim Rock Farm Results 9/25 Varsity Boys: AJ Rubio - 18th place Cade Willard, Anthony White, Cameron Sage, Brianna Elizondo, and Cole Thomas all also ran personal best times for the season! Way to go Vikings!
College/Career Fair Tonight starting at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Learn about Financial Aid/FAFSA/Student Loans, How to Prepare for College, and meet with college rep's from across Kansas (KSU, ESU, FHTC, HCC, and more!!)
REMINDER: MV College/Career Fair IS TONIGHT, 9/27/21 - 6-8:00 pm @ the HS Commons. The 2 classroom sessions are for the Jrs/Srs only, but all HS students are more than welcome to visit with the college rep's and military rep's that will be on location (they are the 3rd session).

Please remember to buckle your seatbelts! Wabaunsee County is seeing a lot of forgetfulness with seatbelts around campus. The sheriffs office will start issuing citations this week. Please stay safe and set a good example for our young drivers.

The WabCo Health Dept will be hosting a FLU CLINIC at MV on Oct 4th from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. The clinic is open to all MV students and staff members.

Congrats to the MV Lady Viking VB team at today’s JV tournament:
Jv took 2nd
1st game winning 25-19, 25-22 against Osage
2nd game winning 26-24, 25-21 against Lyndon
3rd game losing 14-25, 14-25 to west Franklin
HEARTBREAK!!! Pleasant Ridge comes back and scores game winning TD w/8 sec. left on clock. MV gets to PR 20 yd. line after roughing the passer penalty but comes up short. Final MV - 28 PR - 34.
With 3:30 left in game Phillips throws 50 yd. strike to Porter Deters to go up 28-26. 2:00 left in game.
Vikings just score with long pass from C. Phillips to P. Deters w/10:00 left in game. MV - 22 PR - 26.
With 1:20 left in 3rd qtr., MV Vikings - 14 PR Rams - 20

Parents/Guardians: Career Speaker Engagements start on 10/8/2021 & will be on Fridays for the rest of the year. Currently, the fall semester has been scheduled, & the spring semester is in the works. Students sign up through their advisor for the speaker they choose to attend.
The PTO Walk-a-thon is today! It’s not too late to participate! This is PTO’s biggest fundraiser and all money goes to support our school and students!

The Wabaunsee County Health Department will be hosting a FLU CLINIC at Mission Valley Schools on Monday, October 4th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The FLU CLINIC is open to all USD 330 students and staff members.
*Parents wishing to have their minor child participate in the FLU CLINIC must send the signed consent form and insurance card with the child.
*For staff who choose to participate in the FLU CLINIC make sure to have your insurance card, drivers license, and completed consent form with you.
