REMINDER - 10th grade will be taking the ASVAB starting @ 8:30 a.m. on 10/26/2020 in the north gymnasium. Test scores do NOT go to military recruiters, but the test scores are 'good' for 2 years from the date of administration.
Seniors - Applications for 'Graduation at Semester' and 'Part-Time Attendance' are due next week. All applications must be handwritten, complete (w/supporting documentation), and delivered to Mr. Hancock ASAP.
The MVHS VB team will participate in Sub-State this Saturday (Oct. 24) @ Lyndon HS. First round contests begin @ 1:00, with MV expecting to play @ approx. 2:00. Admission is $6 for adults and $5 for K-12 Students. You must have a special wristband to enter. Good Luck Lady Vikes!
MVHS will attend the Class 2A Regional Cross Country Meet this Saturday at Alma with the Varsity Girls beginning at 10:00, followed by the Varsity Boys at 10:40. There is no Admission however, dut to Covid-19, the KSHSAA has a limit of 4 spectators per runner. Good Luck Vikings!

Congratulations to the MV Cross Country teams with their performance at the Flint Hills League Meet yesterday at MV.
A.J. Rubio led the way with a 2nd place finish in a time of 16:46; Caylie VanMeter medaled by placing 13th in a time of 25:23. The JH Girls team was 2 points away from bringing home the Championship Plaque by placing second. Medal winners were: Lillie Foster, 4th w/a time of 14:14; Hemi Duehring, 5th w/a time of 14:37; MacKenzie Tomlinson, 6th w/a time of 14:42 & Braelyn Becker, 15th w/a time of 16:10 and Lilli Rubio just missed a medal by one place (16th); For the JH Boys, Kaden Brobst took home a 9th place medal in a time of 12:47.
