Last night at Wabaunsee the Mission Valley Cross Country team had three medalists! Ava Boyden placed 10th in the varsity girls race. Isaac Elgin placed 6th and Ramsey Sperry took 9th in the varsity boys race. Go Vikings!

Officer Angie visited the 7th-grade boys' 21st Century Vikings class today to talk about her service in the United States Army and as a law enforcement officer. The boys have been learning about Challenge Coins and their significance, and Officer Angie shared her collection of coins with them. MV Jr/Sr High School students participated in "Prayer at the Pole" this morning. This is a student-led event where students, who are members of YES (Yeshua Empowered Students), created their own flyers, and led the morning prayer for the school, its students, and the community.
