We had our annual MV Staff vs Students basketball game today for Winter Royalty spirit week. Our staff kept the win streak alive making it 3 wins in a row over the students! This is such a fun tradition for our building GO VIKINGS!

Some MV Freshmen got to attend the 1st session of the Flint Hills Tech College "Wrangler Rally" today at the FHTC campus. The purpose of this event is to introduce students to programs that Vo-Tech's offer so that the students can make better college/career ready decisions. The students toured the Division of Information Technology, which covers: Business Technology, Computer Program Design, and Network Technology. #MVFutures #MVCareers

The Viking Building administrators (Mrs. Johnston, Mr. Wild, Mr. Cochran, and Mr. Packard) surprised the Viking staff today with a tasty treat. They "Rolled by to say HI" with fresh rolls from the Texas Road House.
This Friday, the FFA is hosting the 5th quarter rally after the Winter Royalty game. Come enjoy some dancing, games, free food and MORE! Dress is your Viking gear from the game.
The HS JV basketball games at Madison will start at 4:45 tomorrow, not 4:30.

MV After Prom is here with a lot of goodies!
Dr. Randy Watson, Commissioner of the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) provided insight to his career pathway from his hometown of Coffeyville, KS, all the way to his successful position as the leader of Kansas education in Topeka.
